Israel/Iran: Israeli missile attacks on strategic sites near Isfahan (Iran) 19 April in retaliation to an attack carried out by Iran on Israeli territory 13 April after Israel’s airstrike on its consulate premises in Damascus 1 April.

Persian Gulf: At least 24 people killed in severe flooding, notably in Oman and in the United Arab Emirates. Major travel disruption reported in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
