A round-the-clock service to manage all security incidents

Our Security Operations Centre (SOC) is operational 24 hours a day, run by 6 Security Managers.

The Security Managers in the SOC prioritise all urgent alerts dispatched by the SSF strategic analysis department in liasion with our customers’ own security managers, along with the Safety SOS distress calls sent by the employees of our customers using SSF Global Solutions.

The Security Managers implement the agreed procedures corresponding to our customers’ needs in order to clarify the consequences of a serious incident potenitally affecting your employees, or in reaction to an SOS signal.

We report to the customer on a regular basis until the incident is completely resolved and the end of the alert is declared. If one or more employees are affected, we can launch crisis management, potentially with one of our partners, inlcuding adequate resources.
