Ukraine : Intensification of Russian air strikes across the whole country, day/night, including Kyiv (deadly strikes 8, 23 & 28/09, followed by massive attack on the capital’s electricity grid and that of several regions 30/09), with 2,100 jet- powered drones and 136 missiles launched in the first 3 weeks of the month, resulting in 288 fatalities.
